Here're some information for your reference:
Load/remove driver : M.BAT or TSPS2SRV.EXE 
Calibration : S.BAT or TSPS2MCP.EXE
Configuration file : TSPS2DRV.INI

Just don't care else files. They're for SERIAL INTERFACE.

Further, due to those files inside R412DOS.ZIP had already extract from the original installation file, so you'll see the error message "File not found   ????????.???" when you execute INSTALL.COM. Please just forget this file. 

In a word, you just need to extract the ZIP file, then use M.BAT to load/remove the driver, and use S.BAT to calibrate the touch screen.
